With its large size, Carmela is a Superior Suite designed to be a cozy and luxurious home, equipped with every comfort: well-organized dressing room, large bathroom with shower and a private garden furnished with armchairs, table and parasol – in which to spend pleasant moments of relaxation.
Antique furnishings, ceramics from Caltagirone, contemporary works of art, refined and precious fabrics create a romantic and luxurious atmosphere in this Superior room. The golden yellow and the intense blue predominate: they are the colours of the sun and the sea of Sicily
The private garden is furnished with parasol, table and chairs: an open space in the nature reserved to the guests from which you can directly access the botanical park with biolaghetto and Mediterranean garden.

In Hebrew, Carmela means “garden, orchard or even God’s garden” and has spread out of devotion to the Blessed Virgin of Mount Carmel in Palestine, where Our Lady appeared to a friar in 1251 and saved the people from drought with a miracle.
In Sicily, the Madonna del Carmelo is one of the most popular festivals, religious processions and events involving men and women from every corner of the island in cities like Catania, Maletto, and Ispica.

Our Suite, was born with the idea of creating a small Eden – a garden of God – where peace, silence and beauty are the elegant and discreet protagonists of your holiday.
The sweet awakening and the spectacular sunset
Breakfast starts with a buffet offering a rich variety of typical cakes, fruit, organic jams and seasonal dishes, hot express dishes and the possibility to order breakfast “à la carte” respecting the guests’ lifestyles. Moreover, vegan and vegetarian dishes and desserts made with gluten-free products are available upon request.
It is possible to order breakfast in your room or in your private garden.
A refined and exclusive proposal takes place at sunset, when guests can converse with each other and with the lady of the house, while tasting a glass of prosecco, appetizers and “finger food” of the house.
