Costanza d’Altavilla, after whom this deluxe suite is named. A woman full of personality, Queen of Sicily in the late twelfth century. An elegant and intelligent woman who distinguished herself for having brought to court the literary and philosophical culture learned in her father’s house.
The Costanza Suite, with its fine furnishings and the ceramics of Caltagirone, recalls the aristocratic style of the Sicily of the past.

Breakfast starts with a buffet offering a rich variety of typical cakes, fruit, organic jams and seasonal dishes, hot express dishes and the possibility to order breakfast “à la carte” respecting the guests’ lifestyles. Moreover, vegan and vegetarian dishes and desserts made with gluten-free products are available upon request.
It is possible to order breakfast in your room or in your private garden.
A refined and exclusive proposal takes place at sunset, when guests can converse with each other and with the lady of the house, while tasting a glass of prosecco, appetizers and “finger food” of the house.
