The Menù of The Chef
The menu reflects the seasons and all dishes are prepared with fresh, organic products. The vegetables and aromatic herbs used to create the restaurant’s “km0” cuisine are cultivated directly in the hotel’s garden and harvested by the Chef before using them.
The restaurant offers a wine list with regional and local proposals as well as an excellent selection of Champagne.

A refined and exclusive proposal takes place at sunset, when guests can chat with each other and with the hostess,
sipping a glass of prosecco and tasting homemade aperitifs and “finger food”.
