The Menù
The menu reflects the seasons and all dishes are prepared with fresh, organic products. The vegetables and aromatic herbs used to create the restaurant’s “km0” cuisine are cultivated directly in the hotel’s garden and harvested by the Chef before using them.
The restaurant offers a wine list with regional and local proposals as well as an excellent selection of Champagne.
Restaurant dishes and drinks can be served, upon request, in the room, in the private garden or at the pool
The restaurant service is always available for breakfast, a light lunch or a break with snacks, drinks and herbal teas served at your choice at the pool, in the room or the private garden.
Romantic dinners are the specialty of Donna Coraly’s kitchen both for the choice of the menu and the proposals for the settings.
